Help the HCVA to help you
HCVA is playing a leading role with DVLA and Government Ministers in identifying and rectifying systemic issues within DVLA that adversely impact the Historic Vehicle community's ability to correctly register Historic vehicles.
Our approach is to fix the system rather than address individual cases, but to help us focus our efforts we need to gather a picture of the distribution of the various issues affecting the sector.
