CONCOURS DES LÉGENDES

Concours des Légendes at Wilton House is a new kind of classic car event, combining the elegance of a concours with the intimacy of a cultural festival. Set within one of England’s great historic houses, it brings together exceptional cars and the people behind them, revealing their stories through curated displays, talks, workshops and storytelling.

The event has been created by petrolhead William Herbert, the 18th Earl of Pembroke – who is not your typical aristocrat. From drifting a pedal car past 2000-year-old Roman statues as a child, to selling a David Hockney painting to fund the purchase of a Bugatti Veyron, his relationship with cars is anything but conventional.

Star names will be in attendance, including designers Frank Stephenson and Peter Stevens alongside racing legends Derek Bell, Richard Attwood and Stefan Johansson. Lamborghini test driver Valentino Balboni and Pink Floyd drummer and renowned collector Nick Mason will also appear, with highlights from Mason’s remarkable collection on display.
