The role

We are looking to recruit a skilled Mechanical Engineer, with a passion for historic cars.

Once established in the role, the successful candidate will undertake complex restoration and recreation projects, working as part of multi-skilled team. If you are a good team player with some previous experience of coordinating long term projects, we would welcome you to apply.

Applicants for this role will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of motor vehicle engineering with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving ability. This will have been gained through hands-on experience within the classic car or motor sport industry, preferably including pre-war cars. Some welding, fabrication, lathe and milling machine experience would also be an advantage but is not essential.
